I think I suck at Chromehounds

What the hell is up with some of these missions? 90% of the time I don't know what the fuck I'm supposed to be doing. Did everyone have as hard a time as I am? Some of the missions ony last a minute - before I can even get to the location I'm being told to go to I fail the mission. Is the single player trial and error? Are you folks using a guide?

Am I just too unskilled?

I bought the guide and it is a big help. Some of the missions are very tough.

I keep seeing you mention this, but I don't get it.

What is the problem you are having with the controls?

All the movement controls can be inverted, and the buttons... I just can't imagine that the buttons would be an issue.

The missions are awful. I'm trying to get through the Sniper missions, and I have no idea what the fuck is going on most of the time. The night mission was awful, I couldn't see shit until my annoying-ass fucking squad leader sent up a flare.

Then in the next mission he just kept randomly dying or something, I don't know. I had no idea where any of my squadmates were and where any of the enemies were.

The poor mission structure is made even worse by the completely pathetic, barren terrain and the awful, AWFUL voice acting and story presented by your idiot squadmates.

Seriously, is the Online any good in this game? All I see is people raving about it. I'm getting it in a couple of weeks.

I've barely even touched the SP, I've only done the training.

Online is too much fun to waste time with the SP.

I concur. The only reason I'm even playing SP is for the achievements. The missions are a bit confusing I admit. I broke down and bought the guide to refer to when I get stuck. (i.e. 6th soldier mission and 2nd sniper mission)

i have 28hrs logged for CH and i didnt' even get passed the training mission in SP. i fell asleep twice coz i had no idea what to do since i missed the audio objective.

The one thing I don't like is that the game doesn't tell you the damn bonus objectives until after the mission!
